services.

If you’re a PropTech founder, revenue leader, or ops director trying to build past founder-led sales, this page is for you.

The services below are designed to work as a progression. Most companies start with the Fit Check to get a clear picture of what’s broken. From there, the next right step usually becomes obvious.

AI + Revenue Friction Fit Check

Where most engagements begin.

Before you can fix your revenue engine, you need to know what’s actually wrong with it. Not a gut feeling, a real map. That’s what the Friction Fit Check delivers.

In two focused hours, we work through your current sales motion, CRM data model, pipeline stages, handoff points, and where AI could be doing work your team is doing manually. You’ll walk away with a scored friction map, a written set of prioritized recommendations, and a recorded session you can reference.

This isn’t a pitch for the next engagement. It’s a diagnostic. You’ll know exactly what’s broken and what to do about it, whether or not that’s working with RevIQ.

Best for: Companies that know something’s off but aren’t sure where to start. Teams that have tried to fix their RevOps and aren’t confident they got it right.

RevIQ Labs Score

A complete picture of where you stand.

The RevIQ Labs Score is a full benchmarking assessment of your revenue operations. It goes deeper than the Fit Check, covering AI readiness, CRM architecture quality, pipeline conversion health, and process maturity across the full sales cycle.

You’ll come out with a scored assessment across every dimension, an honest read on where your gaps are largest, and a prioritized roadmap for what to fix and in what order.

Best for: Companies that have completed a Fit Check and are ready for a more comprehensive view. Revenue leaders who need to make a case to leadership for investment in their ops infrastructure. Founders preparing for a fundraise or acquisition who want their RevOps story to hold up under scrutiny.

AI Sales Accelerator Sprint

The build.

This is where we get into the system. The Sprint is a focused engagement, typically six to eight weeks, during which RevIQ designs and implements your AI-powered revenue engine from the ground up within HubSpot.

That means a clean data model, pipeline stages that reflect how PropTech deals actually move, AI working in the right places (lead scoring, follow-up sequencing, rep coaching triggers, reporting that doesn’t require a manual pull), and a CRM your team will actually use because it’s built around their workflow, not against it.

At the end of the Sprint, you have a working system. Documentation, recorded walkthroughs for your team, and a handoff that doesn’t require you to keep us on retainer to understand what you own.

Best for: Companies with a clear problem and the budget to solve it properly. Teams that have outgrown their current HubSpot setup. Founders who are hiring their first dedicated sales rep and need the infrastructure in place before they do.

Revenue Acceleration Ops Retainer

Ongoing RevOps leadership without the full-time hire.

After the Sprint, many companies want to keep moving. New hires need to be onboarded into the system. The pipeline evolves. AI tools change fast, and someone needs to be watching how that affects your sales motion.

The retainer puts RevIQ in your corner on an ongoing basis with fractional RevOps leadership that handles the system maintenance, reporting cadence, iteration as your team grows, and strategic ops decisions you don’t want to leave to chance.

It’s also the right fit for companies that haven’t done a Sprint but have a real gap at the RevOps leadership level and need someone in the seat now.

Best for: Sprint alumni ready to keep the momentum. Companies scaling past 10 reps. Revenue leaders who need a strategic ops partner, not just an admin.
